Common questions

Per-event pricing is for one-off engagements — you pay the listed event rate and we deliver/pickup around a single date. Recurring pricing (per-week) is for ongoing fulfillment: we leave the kegerator installed and rotate kegs on your schedule. Recurring rates are typically 30–40% lower per event because we skip the setup/breakdown overhead. Most venues and corporate programs pick recurring; most one-time corporate parties and fundraisers pick per-event.
Everything you need to pour: the kegerator unit itself (countertop or full-size depending on tier), tap handles, drip tray, CO2 tank, and cleaning supplies. We also include printed 21+ compliance signage and an ID check guide for your staff or bartender. You supply the power outlet and a flat surface — that's it.
All 50 states. Delivery is temperature-controlled via our partner carriers. Lead times are typically 5–7 business days for new setups and 2–3 days for recurring keg swaps. Some dry counties and tribal lands cannot receive alcohol shipments — we'll verify your ZIP at the quote stage. State-specific ABV caps apply (Utah maxes at 3.2%, for example).
We verify the recipient's age at delivery via a third-party age verification service (Veratad AgeID). For ongoing fulfillment, the original verified recipient is on file — swaps just require a signature confirmation. For venue and corporate programs, we can set up a delegated authorization so your staff can sign for recurring deliveries without re-verifying each time. We provide printed ID signage and a federal compliance guide for your tap location.
Recurring programs can be paused or canceled at any time with 7 days notice — no fee, no penalty. We'll schedule a free equipment pickup. One-off events require 14 days notice for full refund; 7–13 days for 50% refund; under 7 days non-refundable but the deposit can be applied to a rescheduled date within 12 months.
For one-off events, yes — a 50% deposit secures your date. For recurring programs, we bill weekly or monthly in arrears (no upfront deposit required). Enterprise contracts (10+ kegs) can be set up on Net 30 invoicing with a credit check. Equipment is on-loan during the engagement and remains TapDrop property until pickup.
