At checkout, we run your name, address, and date of birth through Veratad AgeID — a trusted identity verification service used by major alcohol retailers, online liquor stores, and convenience chains nationwide. Veratad cross-references public records to confirm you are 21 or older. If Veratad confirms your identity, you proceed directly to payment. If it cannot verify you (e.g., limited credit history or recently moved), we offer a DOB self-certification as a fallback — you confirm your birthdate under penalty of perjury, consistent with federal alcohol distribution requirements. In all cases, the delivery driver also checks your government-issued photo ID at the door before handing over any beer. This two-step process (digital + physical) satisfies both federal and state compliance standards in every state we serve.

Yes — every single time, without exception. The delivery driver will ask for a government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, or military ID) showing you are 21 or older. If you, or anyone at the delivery address who appears to be under 40, cannot produce valid ID, the beer will not be released. The package returns to the driver. This is not optional — it is a federal requirement for all alcohol home delivery under the Federal Alcohol Administration Act and applicable state ABC laws. We apply this standard uniformly in all 50 states.

If no one at the delivery address can present a valid 21+ ID at the time of delivery, the driver will not release the package. You will receive a notification with options to reschedule or pick up the package at a designated holding location where age verification can be completed. Refunds or credits are issued automatically if we cannot complete delivery after three attempts. The key rule: someone 21+ with a valid photo ID must be present to accept the delivery.

We offer same-day and next-day delivery in our South Florida primary zone (Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Hollywood, Pompano Beach, Coral Springs, Plantation, and Deerfield Beach). Before tapping, a sealed mini keg maintains freshness for months in cold storage — the CO₂ pressure inside the sealed unit keeps oxygen out and the beer carbonated. Never leave an opened or untapped keg at room temperature for extended periods; always store refrigerated. If you’re using a gravity pour (no CO₂), consume within 3–5 days of tapping for best quality.

Not necessarily, but you will get a better experience with one. A 5L mini keg will stay fresh for 30 days in a pressurized kegerator system but only 3–5 days with a hand-pour or gravity tap.
