FAQ

Common questions

We recommend booking at least 3 weeks before your date to ensure availability and time for style selection. Peak summer and fall wedding season (May–October) can book out 6–8 weeks in advance. We'll always try to accommodate shorter lead times — just ask.
Yes — we require a 50% deposit to reserve your date. The balance is due 5 business days before delivery. We accept all major cards and ACH. Wedding planners managing multiple events can request net 30 invoicing.
Our calculator is conservative (1.5 drinks/hour for a 4-hour reception). In practice, many weddings go lighter. Unopened, sealed kegs are credited back at 80% of their retail value. We'll always set expectations honestly on your quote call.
We specialize exclusively in craft draft beer. For wine and spirits, we recommend pairing us with your venue's bar service or a cocktail caterer. For non-alcoholic, most venues already handle that — just let us know and we'll coordinate setup accordingly. Craft NA beers can be included on request.
We provide a trained bar attendant for events with 75+ guests who manages serving and age verification at the tap. For smaller events, your venue staff or assigned bartender handles service — we provide printed compliance signage and guidance on federal and state alcohol service requirements.
We collect all equipment — kegerators, taps, drip trays, CO₂ tanks, and empty kegs — after the reception. We leave the space exactly as we found it. Any spent kegs or tap waste is handled by our team. Your venue will appreciate it.
Yes — planners get a dedicated contact, a planner portal, and priority scheduling. We can coordinate directly with your venue's F&B manager and provide COI documentation on request. Net 30 invoicing is available for planners managing multiple events.
Absolutely. We carry 100+ craft brews across styles. You can pick from our catalog or let us curate a crowd-pleasing mix based on your guest profile. Our Standard and Large packages include a style consultation call. The goal is a tap lineup your guests will actually be excited about.
