Minimum 5 days before your game day. This gives us time to confirm inventory, schedule the delivery crew, and ensure cold transport. Earlier is better — popular game days book up fast in September and October.
The kegerator maintains temperature in most weather conditions. For very hot days (90°F+), we recommend keeping it in the shade and out of direct sun. Beer served at the right temp tastes better anyway. Cold transport means it arrives ready regardless of what the weather is doing.
Yes — a $150 equipment deposit is held at checkout and released within 3–5 business days after pickup, provided the kegerator is returned in the same condition. Normal use (tapping, pouring, surface condensation) is not penalized. Damage or non-return is charged at replacement cost.
Contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery and we'll reschedule at no charge — one reschedule per order, to the next available date within 30 days. Cancellations inside 24 hours are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
No — TapDrop delivers to private property only (your home, driveway, private lot, or rented venue). Stadium and public parking lots are not eligible due to local open-container ordinances and our permit requirements. Check with your venue if you're unsure.
