Kegs don't roll over month to month — each month's pick needs to ship within that billing cycle. If the recipient misses their pick, we auto-select the featured keg for the month so the subscription stays on schedule.

Since this is a prepaid gift (not a recurring charge), there's no pause option. The buyer pre-paid the full term up front. If the recipient needs a skip, they can reply to any email and we'll work something out.

Yes — reply to your confirmation email any time before the announcement sends and we'll update it for you. Once the announcement has been sent and the recipient has claimed, email changes aren't possible.

No problem — they'll claim with their existing email and the gift subscription layers on top of any existing activity. Their Tap Insider loyalty points continue to earn normally.

Yes. Recipients must verify they're 21+ during the claim flow — this is required by law for all alcohol delivery. We use Veratad AgeID for seamless public-records verification. ID verification may be required at delivery in some states.
