⚖️ Alcohol Gifting Compliance

TapDrop handles 21+ compliance on every delivery. Each recipient must show valid government-issued ID at the door — our couriers are trained for this. Here's what you need to know:

Nationwide delivery — we ship to all 50 states, but some states restrict direct-ship. We flag any restricted ZIPs during order processing and offer gift card alternatives.
Utah ABV filter — automatically applied for UT addresses (3.2% ABV max per state law).
Dry counties — we check all recipient ZIPs against dry county and tribal land databases. Affected addresses are flagged before shipping.
Tax deductibility — alcohol gifts are generally deductible as a business gift up to $25/recipient under IRC §274(b). Consult your tax advisor — we provide itemized receipts for every order.
International — domestic US only. No international shipping currently.
Undeliverable handling — if a recipient is not present, a second delivery is attempted. After 2 missed attempts, the order is held at a local depot for 5 days.

Yes. Co-branded boxes are +$199/unit and require 10 business days for production.
